We understand each person's support needs vary and individuals have various learning styles. We are very flexible with our support plans to ensure that our clients receive everything they need.
You will have our core team members performing all your training. We will ask your team members how they believe they learn best. We will then appropriate our training sessions to accommodate their learning styles.
A typical training course would include:
1. A general session for all team members to attend, either via phone or in person. This would be a general overview of DNN and how it works. Each team member would be given basic documentation on common tasks. A 1-day course with 1st, general session lasting 1-3 hours.
2. After our general session, we would set up individual training sessions with team members to address their specific questions and learning styles then individual training will be delivered.
3. We would then offer phone and email support for all team members and set-up additional one-on-one or groups sessions if necessary. Time may vary based on needs.
4. After the initial training has been completed, the team has the option to contact us by phone or email to help with any questions. Additional training can be purchased and we offer discounted rates for year contracts.
